The OPP shot a 16 year old with a non-lethal weapon in Orillia Wednesday.
In a news release, the province’s Special Investigations Unit says officers were called to a house on Westmount Drive for a domestic incident.
They encountered a young man holding a knife, and discharged a weapon known as an ARWEN.
The suspect was taken to hospital but did not sustain serious injuries.
