The province is funding the construction of new affordable housing units in Exeter.
Huron-Bruce Progressive Conservative MPP Lisa Thompson announced over $6.4 million to create 20 affordable community housing units in the South Huron town.
The units will be constructed along Sanders Street in a two-storey apartment building, with one bedroom per unit.
The facility will include on-site laundry, an elevator and common space; as well as a kitchen, bathroom, and living room in each individual unit.
