A release from 100 Women Who Care Grey Bruce says, “Any person in need from seniors, to single parents, to those facing crisis, health problems, or living alone can sign up for a meal: anyone and all are welcome.”
They work closely with the United Way and the Supportive Outreach Service (SOS), which they note, provides mental and physical wellness support, peer support, addiction support, harm reduction supplies and housing and shelter system navigation to anyone who comes in on Tuesday mornings.

Tuesday is baking day, Wednesday morning is meal preparation for Thursday. Volunteers are needed to bake, prep, cook, serve, deliver and clean up.
