The Municipality of Brockton is fixing up the tennis courts at Centennial Park in Walkerton.
The municipality will be upgrading fencing and lighting, as well as resurfacing and even adding pickleball courts.
This week, donations were presented to the Tennis and Pickleball Courts sub-committee from both the Kinsmen of Walkerton and the Rotary Club of Walkerton.
The Rotary Club presented a cheque of $25,000, while the Kinsmen gave $6,200.
According to the municipality, the refurbishment is expected to be completed by the end of September.
