A new inclusive playground is open in Georgian Bluffs.
The new playground at Kilsyth Park has inclusive play opportunities for children of all abilities.
The playground allows children from ages 18 months to 12 years to climb, balance, slide, and crawl, which helps develop coordination.
It also gives opportunities for kids to work on fine motor skills, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
The project was funded by a grant provided by the government of Canada, through the Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario.
The playground was designed by Blue Imp, which is a Canadian company that specializes in playground manufacturing.
