Grey Bruce OPP say a Southgate resident is being charged following an altercation in Dundalk.
Police say on June 27, officers informed the school in Dundalk after received a complaint concerning a disturbance in the area.
Upon investigation, police say officers were able to confirm that the incident posed no public safety threat to the students or staff at the school.
As a result, OPP say a 34-year-old was placed under arrest and is charged with failing to comply with a release order.
The accused was held pending a bail hearing.
