The Desboro Royals nipped The Port Elgin Devils 2-1 in Grey Bruce Ladies League Fastball action.
Kolby Kruger and Maddy Moore tossed a gem, with 7 strikeouts, 2 walks and allowing 2 hits. Andie Scarrow was 3 for 3 at the plate and Shae Nelson added a pair of hits.
The Devil’s Tanya Redmond and Lynsie Wilson shared the pitching duties, with Kaitlyn Shular and Jamie Nelson getting The Devil’s on the scoreboard.

Team Tedford Allenford Gators won their first game of the 2023 season over the Allenford Aces.
Maddy Bryan and Nichole Yeo pitched for the Aces. Robyn Acton got a triple in the fourth inning driving in the 1 run.
Nyssa Zak pitched the first for Team Tedford Gators and had a Grand Slam home run bases loaded in the 5th to break the game wide open!
