The Municipality of Meaford is celebrating a new accessible ramp being installed near Meaford Hall.
Once completed, the new ramp will place to offer an accessible link from the sidewalk on Sykes Street to the Market Square parking lot.
The ramp is designed to be compliant with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
The municipality says that the new ramp and stair set also includes new railings, lighting, and landscaping to go along with four new accessible parking spaces.
