The annual Walk for Alzheimer’s happens this Saturday (May 27th) in Bracebridge’s Memorial Park.
The public is welcome to come out for a fun day that will raise funds for this great cause.
Things get underway at 12:30 pm.
Pam Leeder, Interim Executive Director of Alzheimer’s Society of Muskoka says it couldn’t be done without the event’s great sponsors.
She has more about what you can expect this Saturday:
You can donate online at alzheimersmuskoka.ca, and also sign up to be a walker or to sponsor a team.
You can also donate on the day of the event at the park and get a receipt for taxes if the donation is above $20.
Or, call or drop in at the local Alzheimer’s Muskoka office in Bracebridge at 440 Ecclestone Drive ahead of the walk where they accept payments via credit card.
