Community Foundation Grey Bruce is offering two new scholarships for students pursuing post-secondary education.
The organization says it has 30 different opportunities accepting applications through their website until May 31st. There’s up to $132,000 in grants this year.
The first of their new scholarships is the Sydenham Optimist Fund for Education Award.
The Optimist Club says that they’re hoping to support more students in the future.
The second new grant is the Bachiu Family Visual Arts Bursary, which was started by Wendy Bachiu, who worked as the Grant & Scholarship coordinator for Community Foundation Grey Bruce for many years.
Applications are being accepted through communityfoundationgreybruce.com until the end of the month.
