As Bruce Power works to move ahead with its Major Component Replacement, the company has agreed to a $1.3-billion contract for its Fuel Channel and Feeder Replacement.
The Agreement is with Shoreline Power Group and will cover the remainder of their Major Component Replacement projects in Units 4, 5, 7, and 8.
Shoreline Power Group is a joint venture between Aecon, SNC-Lavalin, and United Engineers and Constructors.
The collaboration recently completed the fuel channel and feeder replacement for Unit 6 and was also awarded the Unit 3 MCR project, which began on March 1st.
