Bracebridge OPP have charged one person with drug and weapon offenses after responding to a traffic complaint.
Just before 9 o’clock Saturday morning, police received a number of complaints concerning the behaviour of a driver on Ecclestone Drive.
Police pulled the 32-year-old male driver over, and as a result of their investigation charged him with operation while impaired by a drug, possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking, unauthorized possession of a weapon, and failure to comply with a probation order.
The accused is set to appear in court at the end of June.
