A 28-year-old Tara man has been charged with impaired driving after crashing his car into a tree.
Saugeen Shores Police say the incident happened last week (April 26) on Bruce Road 17, where officers located a vehicle that had left the road and struck a tree.
Police say a male was located with the vehicle, along with several boxes of alcohol. Town Police allege there were also open cans of alcohol in the vehicle.
The 28-year-old man was arrested and later charged with impaired operation.
