South Bruce OPP say they have charged a 25-year-old following a single-vehicle collision along Bruce County Road 23 in Kincardine last night.
Police say officers responded to the collision to find a vehicle had left the roadway and stopped in a field. The driver was found to have been drinking alcohol and was place under arrest.
As a result, the accused from Kincardine was charged with impaired driving, and had their license suspended for 90 days, as well as their vehicle impounded for seven days.
The accused is set to appear in court in Walkerton on July 5.
