The City of Owen Sound is looking to hear from residents on its draft Climate Mitigation Plan.
The city says they have launched a survey to receive input on the plan, which was presented to the Operations Committee on April 20, and is a component of the full Climate Action Strategy.
The draft provides a baseline greenhouse gas emissions inventory as well as emission reduction targets for Owen Sound, outlining several proposed actions to reduce these emissions in the city.
The survey looks for input on the support for the 10 proposed corporate themes and proposed emission reduction actions in the draft plan. Survey responses will be considered and included in the finalization of the Climate mitigation Plan.
Those looking to take part in the survey can visit the city website here by May 28.
