A new, small subdivision proposed just north of Balmy Beach has received draft approval at Grey County.
The development of six single-detached homes is proposed at the property formerly known at ‘The Martins’ or Butchart Gardens at Balmy Beach, in Georgian Bluffs.
A County staff report presented on Thursday, April 13th, says the lots would have access onto Balmy Beach Road.
It also says access to a shore road allowance popular among those who walk there would remain public. The lots would have municipal water but private septic systems.
