There’s a public meeting on Monday, on a plan for a large new subdivision in Orillia.
Developers are looking for approval for 13 hundred new houses, which will be built near the Lakehead University Campus on Line 15.
The neighbourhood would include detached and semi-detached homes, townhouses, and apartment buildings.
The public meeting will be part of the council meeting Monday, April 17.
