Bruce Power is issuing $600 million in Green Bonds to help both Ontario and Canada achieve Net Zero goals.
This latest issuance comes after the company became the first operator to successfully issue Green Bonds in 2021, raising $500 million.
Bruce Power has been working on delivering emission-reduction projects, including contributing to Ontario’s coal phase-out in 2014.
The company is committed to its own Net Zero goal by 2027.
