Orillia will be providing a weekend shuttle service between the downtown and the waterfront this summer.
It’s a pilot project which will run Friday through Sunday.
It’s hoped the shuttle will help offset the loss of two parking lots along the waterfront — as the area is redeveloped and Centennial Drive is reconstructed.
The shuttle van will travel between the city centre and Couchiching Beach Park, every 15 minutes.
