Daylight Saving Time begins this weekend.
Before going to bed Saturday night, set your clocks ahead by one hour.
Daylight time was introduced to conserve sleep and energy, yet most people will say the “spring forward” with our time, messes with our sleep.
Experts say something you can do to help is not to adjust your wake-up time on Sunday morning after the time changes, and after a few days or a week, your body will get used to the new time.
Fire safety experts also say that it’s an ideal time to replace the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
