If you have a project to protect Huron County’s heritage, you could be eligible for funding.
Applications are open for the Huron Heritage Fund, which provides money for the preservation of heritage assets and activities of heritage importance to the county.
The fund will fund 50 per cent of heritage projects, up to a maximum of 5-thousand dollars.
Previous projects and organizations to receive funding include:
- Restoration of the Seaforth Post Office
- Postcards from Huron County Podcast
- St. Joseph’s Kingsbridge Community Centre
- Bayfield Historical Society
- Huron Perth Junior Farmers
