A Goderich organization was the recipient of grant funding from Hydro One.
The electricity service provider announced $25 thousand in funding to the Gateway Centre of Excellence in Rural Health.
Officials with Gateway say they plan to expand their S.H.E.D. Talks program, a communal and collaborative space for farmers to gather, build connections and access mental health support.
The money is part of Hydro One’s Energizing Life Community Fund, which supports community-led initiatives that promote physical, emotional, and psychological safety and well-being for Ontarians.
