Saugeen Shores police have charged a woman with stunt driving on Highway 21.
Police say on Tuesday, February 14th, just before 9:30 p.m., they were conducting traffic enforcement on Highway 21, when officers observed a vehicle traveling in excess of the 80km/h speed limit.
They say they clocked the vehicle doing 148km/h. (68km over the limit).
As a result of this traffic stop, police say a 24-year-old woman from Owen Sound was charged with ‘Drive Motor Vehicle – Perform Stunt and Speeding.’
Her driver’s licence was suspended for 30 days and her vehicle was impounded for 14 days.
