Twenty charges have been laid against three people, following a drug bust in Wroxeter.
OPP say they executed a search warrant at a home on Centre Street in the Howick Township village, seizing a suspected fentanyl and methamphetamine.
According to reports, officers also seized digital scales, electronics, prohibited knives, brass knuckles, a modified pistol grip pellet gun, Canadian currency, and live rounds of ammunition.
A 34 year old Howick Township woman is facing 17 charges, including:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamine
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of Trafficking – Fentanyl
- Fail to Comply with Probation (two counts)
- Fail to Comply with Release Order (three counts)
- Possession contrary to a Prohibition Order (eight counts)
- Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon (two counts)
A 30 year old man of no fixed address has been charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance – Fentanyl
A 48 year old Durham man is charged with:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance – Fentanyl
- Breach of Recognizance
