Collingwood’s New Year’s Levee and the Order of Collingwood presentations take place this afternoon.
The meet and greet with members of council starts at 1 pm, and the presentation ceremony begins at 2 o’clock.
Six people will be awarded the Order of Collingwood and three others will be named Companions to the Order.
The event takes place at the Georgian Bay Hotel on Vacation Inn Drive.
The mayor and council of Wasaga Beach are also hosting a New Year’s Levee today.
It takes place at the Rec Plex from 1 to 3.
