Charges have been laid in a fatal collision with a cyclist in South Huron, more than six months after the incident.
OPP say a 17 year old cyclist was struck by a vehicle and killed east of Crediton on June 29th, 2022.
Following an investigation, charges have now been laid against a 41 year old woman from South Huron.
The accused has been charged with:
- Operation While Prohibited
- Driving While Under Suspension
The accused has been released from custody with a Goderich court date in January 2023.
