A 68-year-old Gravenhurst man faces charges after Renfrew OPP received a traffic complaint about a possibly impaired driver on Christmas Day.
Police heard a driver was traveling westbound on Highway 17 in Horton Township around 9 pm.
The accused was charged with failing to provide a breath sample and driving with open liquor readily available.
He’s scheduled to appear in Renfrew court on February 1st to face the charges.
