The city of Owen Sound says that rehabilitation work on 8th Street East is going to be put on hold until the Spring.
The city sent out notice of the change on Monday, which is when the work was going to begin.
The work is part of the Asphalt Rehabilitation Program and would have closed 8th Street East between 8th and 9th Avenue East if the weather permitted.
It was set to be completed between November 21-25.
However, because of the wintery snowfall over the past weekend, the city has decided to put the work off until the spring of 2023.
