The city of Orillia has launched a customer service survey, looking for input on what is working well, what can be improved, and people’s preference on topics such as hours of operation. The survey will take about 15 minutes and those who complete it are eligible to enter a draw.
It’s available online at the city website, or printed copies can be picked up several locations including city hall, the Orillia Recreation Centre or the public library.
