A 61-year-old Barrie driver faces charges after police say he was found behind the wheel drinking a beer in Huntsville.
OPP received a report at 8:08 am today about a possibly impaired driver who was looking to buy beer.
They found the car at 8:15 am in a nearby parking lot – they say the accused was sitting behind the wheel drinking a beer.
He was charged with impaired operation and Over 80.
He’ll appear in court on October 25th to face the charges.
