A Seaforth man is facing nine charges, after a pair of collisions east of Goderich.
OPP say they were called to a section of Highway 8, after a sedan collided with a shipping container and caught fire, and the driver fled on foot.
According to reports, the same driver caused another crash minutes earlier while trying to pass another vehicle while travelling into Goderich.
OPP were able to find the suspect, who later failed alcohol breath tests at a nearby detachment.
A 32 year old Seaforth man is facing numerous driving-related charges, including operation while impaired, and fail to remain.
