Provincial Police say a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in northeastern Grey County yesterday.
Grey Bruce OPP, Meaford firefighters and Grey County paramedics were called to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a vehicle just prior to 7:30 a.m. Wednesday morning in the area of Sideroad 4 and Foster Street, west of the Meaford-Blue Mountains boundary.
According to police, the pedestrian was transported to a local area hospital with injuries described as non life-threatening.
OPP have not provided any additional details about the incident.
Police say the matter remains under investigation and further updates will be provided.
