The Meaford Volunteer Appreciation Dinner is set for Wednesday at the Meaford & St Vincent Community Centre.
Among the guests in attendance will be Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, Elizabeth Dowdeswell.
Outgoing Meaford Mayor Barb Clumpus was a guest with The Great Paul Hill on the 560 CFOS Morning Show and she spoke to the volunteer base in Meaford and her time in municipal politics.
