A Waubaushene man faces charges including dangerous driving and refusing to provide a breath sample after a police cruiser was struck in Midland on the weekend.
Two people, including an OPP officer were treated and released from hospital late Saturday night.
Police say the cruiser was making a left turn on Yonge street, when a vehicle attempted to pass and struck it.
A 41- year- old motorist has had his license suspended and faces a future court date.
