A person is dead after falling off a personal watercraft in Lake Simcoe in Ramara Township.
OPP say another person was rescued by members of the public, after the pair fell from the watercraft off Bonnie Beach Thursday afternoon.
A police helicopter crew spotted the other victim submerged in the water, they were retrieved by Ramara fire fighters, but pronounced dead in hospital.
Police say neither victim was wearing a life jacket.
The deceased has been identified as 54-year-old Tony Chan of Mississauga ON.
