A 38-year-old Midland resident faces charges after a vehicle crashed into a utility pole in Midland.
It happened at Fourth and Ontario Streets on August 16th.
Police say those involved fled the scene but that they caught up with them.
The accused faces impaired driving and fail to remain charges, as well as a charge of driving without a license.
The accused has a court date scheduled for September 1st.
