Saturday will see Saugeen Shores face Chepstow at 11am followed by Port Perry at 7pm.
The top 3 teams from their pool will advance and join 5 other teams in a single knockout with quarterfinals Sunday at 11am, Semi Finals at 1pm and Finals at 3pm.
The Sting head to Grands with a record of 20-9 & 1 during Tournament play this season.

Golfers fought through their rounds of 16 and 8 today, on day 2 of the 2022 Ontario Junior Boys and Girls Match Play Championship at Port Hope Golf and Country Club.
Team Ontario member Luke Smith (The Thornhill Club) cruised through his matches today, finishing the round of sixteen 6 & 5 and later the round of eight 3 & 2. Facing Smith in the final four tomorrow is Gregor Lawson (Shelburne Golf & Country Club). With his round of 8 match all square after 18 holes, Lawson would win on the first playoff hole and secure his spot in the semi-finals. The other semi-final matchup tomorrow features Domenic De Luca (The National Golf Club of Canada) and Adam Brenton (Galt Country Club). De Luca would win his quarter-final matchup 2UP, while Brenton secured his win with a putt on the 18th hole.
In the girl’s division, Team Ontario’s Emma Hansen (Blue Springs Golf Club) finished 1UP after a tight finish on 18. She will face 2022 Bantam Champion Michelle Xing (Station Creek Golf Club), who played some fantastic golf today, finishing her quarter-final round 5 & 4. McNabb Signs
Owen Sound native Jake McNabb has signed a 2 year agreement with the Rochester Knighthawks of the National Lacrosse League.
McNabb led the Owen Sound Bug Juice NorthStars in scoring in both the regular season and in the playoffs this year
The 24 year old McNabb, appeared in 2 games with the Colorado Mammoth during the 2019-20 season, scoring 2 goals and picking up 5 points
Originally, McNabb was drafted 31st overall by the Colorado Mammoth in the 2019 NLL Entry Draft.

Rochester Knighthawks General Manager and Vice President of Lacrosse Operations Dan Carey announced today that the team has agreed to terms with forward Jake McNabb and transition player Ryan McCrory to two-year contracts, pending league approval.
McNabb, 24, appeared in two games with the Colorado Mammoth during the 2019-20 season, scoring two goals and adding three assists for five points. He also recorded 27 points (13+14) in five games for the Oshawa Outlaws of the Arena Lacrosse League, finishing sixth on the team in scoring and earning All-Rookie Team honors for the 2020 season.
A native of Owen Sound, Ontario, McNabb played his collegiate lacrosse at Onondaga College, where he amassed 51 points (35+16) in 29 career games while helping the Blazers to back-to-back undefeated seasons and a pair of NJCAA National Championships. He appeared in 14 of the team’s 15 games in 2017 and scored the game-winning goal in the National Championship game, the first of three straight NJCAA titles for the Lazers.
Additionally, the 5-foot-10, 170-pound forward is a three-time provincial champion and Minto Cup winner, having totaled 342 points (183+159) over 107 Junior ‘A’ games with Owen Sound, Six Nations and St. Catharines. He registered 50 points (29+21) in 25 postseason appearances, including a 34-point effort during the 2019 playoffs.
McNabb was originally drafted in the second round (31st overall) by the Mammoth in the 2019 NLL Entry Draft.
McCrory appeared in eight games with the Oshawa Outlaws of the Arena Lacrosse League (ALL) in 2020, scoring three goals and adding five assists for eight points. In 29 career games with the Outlaws from 2018-20, the Oshawa, Ontario, native posted 18 goals and 22 assists for 40 points.
McCrory played his collegiate lacrosse at Western University from 2012-16. As a senior, he finished second in the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association with 58 points. He was also fourth in assists with 24 in 12 games. He appeared in the Baggataway Cup championship game three times, winning the title in 2016.
Additionally, the 5-foot-11, 187-pound transition player totaled 59 points on 26 goals and 33 assists in 24 games with the Junior ‘B’ Clarington Green Gaels.
