Canadian Blood Services are calling for blood donors at two clinics being held this week.
There’s a concern about a critical shortage of blood.
Two clinics are being held this week at the Best Western Mariposa Inn on Memorial Avenue.
The first will be tomorrow from 3 to 7 pm.
The second is on Thursday from 1 to 7 pm.
Canadian Blood Services says they’re down to just a few days’ worth of O positive and O negative blood, at a time when the number of donors is at the lowest in a decade.
Appointments are necessary and can be booked at blood.ca
