August 5-7 mark Sidelaunch Days in Collingwood.
The annual harbourfront festival celebrates being in, on, and around the water, and commemorates the unique shipbuilding heritage of Collingwood.
There are activities for all ages including stand-up paddleboard racing, a vendors market, harbour cruises, as well as music and entertainment.
The Collingwood Museum also has a special exhibit featuring displays and information on the town’s ship-building history.
