A 28-year-old Huntsville man faces impaired driving charges after a vehicle collided with a traffic lights post causing damage.
This morning at 12:07 police responded to the intersection of Highway 60 at its intersection with Szawloski Drive.
The accused also faces charges of failing to provide a breath sample, being a Novice driver with a blood alcohol content above zero, careless driving, and driving while using a handheld device.
The man now has a September 27th court date scheduled.
