OPP have identified two Tiverton area men who were fatally injured in a collision.
It happened at the intersection of Wellington Road 8 and Wellington Road 10 southwest of Arthur near Moorefield in Mapleton Township on July 25th.
Wellington County OPP say at approximately 3:30 p.m., they responded to a report of a collision involving a commercial vehicle and a pickup truck.
Police say the driver of the pickup was pronounced deceased at the scene. The passenger was airlifted to a nearby trauma centre with life-threatening injuries, where they were later pronounced deceased.
The driver of the pickup has been identified as 76-year-old Robert Geffs, and the passenger has been identified as 29-year-old Mark Albrecht. Police say both were from the Tiverton area.
