An Orillia man has been charged under the highway traffic act after a recent incident in Midland.
Friday evening a white Audi and a Mitsubishi were observed being driven dangerously headed eastbound on Highway 12.
One driver tried to pass on the shoulder but lost control and left the roadway, rolled, and caught fire.
Police believe the Mitsubishi driver was impaired by a drug.
Police are still trying to identify the driver of the white Audi.
A 25-year-old Orillia man is charged with Dangerous Operation of a Vehicle Causing Bodily Harm.
