Goderich council was able to get some information about the Community Improvement Plan.
Moira Davidson, an Urban Planner from Stantec, was able to share a presentation with council, sharing plans to develop affordable and attainable rental units.
The overall response from mayor and council was positive.
Goderich Mayor John Grace says the lack of affordable housing is currently the largest threat to expanding the town’s economy.
