UPDATE: The 19-year-old male from the Blue Mountains has been located safe. OPP would like to thank the public for their assistance in this investigation
PRIOR: Collingwood and The Blue Mountains OPP are continuing their search for a missing person last seen in a wooded area near Arlberg Crescent.
Missing is Elias Ayala, 19, from Etobicoke.
Elias is described as a white, 5’8″ tall, 154 lb with braided black hair and is possibly wearing a white tank top, black shorts, and a black hat.
Assisting in the search, along with front line officers, are Emergency Response Team (ERT) members, OPP Canine Unit as well as OPP Aviation Services.
Police and family are concerned for the safety of Elias, and residents of the area should expect a police presence in that area until Elias is found.
