A new tool has been launched by the Town of Caledon to allow residents to report things around town they think might need some attention.
The Town launched the “Report a Problem” tool on their website to report issues like potholes, litter, street lights that are out, and more.
People can log on to caledon.ca/reportaproblem, and click the button to fill out a service request, which gets logged immediately.
Crews get dispatched as quickly as possible.
Town officials note that the feature does not accept anonymous complaints, so if you wish to remain anonymous you have to call 3-1-1 to speak to a service representative.
