Parks Canada says operations are returning to normal at the Bug chute marine railway at least for the next few days.
There have been delays in recently due to staff shortages meaning large boats were unable to be taken through.
But in a tweet Wednesday morning, the Trent Severn Waterway indicated it has been able to work through a backlog and all boats can be accommodated.
However, restrictions will be re-instituted this coming weekend. They will affect vessels with a beam of more than 11.5 feet, those that hang over the cradle and those with unique hull configurations.
Boaters are urged to plan their travel accordingly.
