Canada Day Celebrations will take place throughout Clearview: in Creemore, Stayner and New Lowell.
Find the Flag! Between June 29 to July 3, can you find 13 flags in local parks and heritage sites throughout Clearview Township? Get out and explore the great outdoors in Clearview.
Geocaching: There are 18 geocaches hidden throughout Clearview Township. This week, there will be Canada Flag pins in the containers. Find the geocaches and keep the pins. You can wear them proudly at events or share the pins with friends and family.
Music, Market and Park It – Thursday June 30, 5:00PM-8:30PM and Live Music featuring Lemon Pepper Pickerel from 7PM-9PM. Located at the Station Park, 7259 Highway 26 in Stayner. The Heritage & Information Centre is open from 4PM-8PM. Enjoy classic cars, fresh farm products, food vendors, artisans and more! The Kinsmen Bar will be serving local beer and cider. Bring your lawn chair and settle in for an evening of fun to celebrate Canada Day!
Clearview’s Canada Day Parade – Everyone is welcome to watch the decorated floats and community partners march on Highway 26 in Stayner, starting at 10AM. Special thanks to the volunteers from the Central Ontario ATV Club (COATV) for hosting the Clearview Canada Day Parade. The Parade line up starts at 9:00 am at Station Park and parade is to start at 10:00 am and end at the Stayner Arena.
Stayner Heritage Society
New! Join the celebrations at Centennial Park, 240 Brock St. in Stayner from 1pm-3:30pm. Heritage Homes Tour, Silent Auction, Photo Booth & Family Activities, plus the country sounds from The Dusty Roads Band. 150 free cupcakes to commemorate the town of Stayner’s 150th anniversary!

Creemore BIA & Creemore Legion
Celebrations at the Creemore Legion, 27 Wellington St W. include the Breakfast and BBQ, starting at 11AM and watch the Street Hockey Tournament. There will be Children’s Activities at 1PM. Hop on your decorated bike and take part in the Bike Parade starting at 1PM at the Mad River Park. Calling all Crazy Canucks – Do you have what it takes to win the Crazy Hat Contest. Free registration for all ages at the Clearview Tourism Booth. Don’t miss the Steve Baker Magic Show at 8PM and Fireworks at 9:45PM at the Creemore Arena.
