Ontario Premier Doug Ford was sworn in alongside his cabinet today.
Huron-Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson will continue as Minister of Food Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Thompson has been Ag Minister since 2021. She has also previously been minister of government and consumer services and education minister.
Other ministers announced today include:
Previously Solicitor General — Sylvia Jones is now Health Minister and Deputy Premier.
Mike Kerzner is Solicitor General.
Stephen Lecce will remain as Education Minister.
Vic Fedeli continues as Economic Development Minister.
Caroline Mulroney is Minister of Transportation and Minister of Francophone Affairs.
Greg Rickford is Minister of Northern Development and Minister of Indigenous Affairs.
Steve Clark returns as Municipal Affairs and Housing Minister.
Monte McNaughton is Minister of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills.
Todd Smith returns as Minister of Energy.
Raymond Cho stays on as Minister of Seniors.
The Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario now has 83 members of Provincial Parliament.
