Creemore is celebrating the Summer Solstice.
It is hosting an evening street party from 5-10pm downtown on Mill and Caroline Streets.
Visitors can expect to see bonfires, Indigenous storytellers, Juno nominated musicians, a community picnic and sidewalk sale.
There are also plenty of children’s activities including: floral crown making, fairy land and sustainable crafts.
Join in and plan to dine at the giant community picnic on Mill Street, where restaurants will be bringing their delicious fare to the street. The BIA will host a cash bar and the entire street will be licensed. The BIA would like to remind everyone to bring their own dishes and cutlery to dine with as we make every effort to reduce waste.
