It’s Pollinator Week.
The annual event is celebrated across the world about the importance of pollinators and what we can do to protect them.
Barrie is hosting native plant walks at Sunnidale Park tomorrow (Tuesday) and Thursday, along with a Pic-a-Pollinator Photo Contest.
The winner will receive a butterfly house and have their photo featured on the City’s website and social media channels.
The City was officially designated as a Bee City in 2019.
